    The biggest issue I had with Nonstop Auto is that while they had my vehicle in their care, I realized they had damaged my car. Once I had received it June 1st of 2023 and gotten it back home. I noticed that there was a dent in my hood and a deep scratch in my just replaced windshield. At no point during my pickup of the vehicle did they explain to me that they had damaged it while it was there. I had to look over the car myself once Id gotten home to find it and then call them out on the damage they had caused. I ended up getting ********* involved (who my warranty is through) and once I drove back over to Nonstop Auto and showed them the damage, they admitted that they were at fault and that the pictures they took of my vehicle before working on it showed that the damage was not present at that time. The icing on the cake was that after all of this had happened and they had explained to me they had insurance for this sort of thing and that it would be taken care of. The owner of Nonstop Auto tried to claim that the damage was caused because the struts in my hood were bad, thereby causing the dent, (which doesnt explain the scratched windshield) and that it would actually not be covered after being notified by the insurance company that it was essentially my fault. In the end, that ended up being a lie after ** called the claim rep and he explained it actually was covered! The insurance adjuster asked him for any proof of this issue, which he was not able to provide, (because my hood struts and shocks are fine) and his insurance company ended up issuing me a check for the damage which came out to $2600 worth of repairs. Moral of the story. Dont take your vehicle to Nonstop Auto. The repairs take forever, and if they damage your vehicle like they did mine, they will hope you dont notice it and if you do and call them out on it, they will try and lie and weasel their way out of being held responsible for it.
