In response to *******s compliant to the BBB, there are some glaring inaccuracies. Regarding the dodge journey, she brought it to us with a cooling system issue that she declined to fix and continued to drive it causing the engine to overheat and blew the head gaskets. A prudent owner would have taken our advice to not drive the car till repairs could be made, she did not. She brought it to us after she overheated it, we performed a test for hydrocarbons in the cooling system at no charge to her and verified she had damaged the engine.

After replacing the Journey with the Honda she chose to bring her car to us for service, Odd behavior if you believe her claims about us damaging her previous vehicle. We did an oil change on the Honda and shortly afterward she noted an oil leak. We brought the car in and spent an hour or so cleaning it up and located the source of the leak. It was leaking from the oil filter adapter, which is not something we would have removed to do the oil change. It was obvious on inspection that this leak had been going on for some time. We offered to make a repair at a reasonable cost and were met with abusive behavior from both the customer and other family members, at which point we declined to do business any further.

It was our intention to provide a remedy that would have solved the problem at a discounted rate. The customers family members were rude from the beginning and after repeated attempts to deescalate the situation we ended the conversation. Any profanity used was by *******.
