    I will never buy from this company again. I placed an order clearly stating 3-5 days for shipping. After two weeks of not getting a confirmation email, I reached out, saying because it had been so long, I wanted my money back. They assured me that they were behind in shipments because of an unexpected surge in orders for a promotion they were having. I told them they should have alerted customers if that was the case. I contacted again a few days later because I still had not received a shipping confirmation. They told me my order had been "picked up," and I could not get a refund. I sent them over 25 emails in a week asking for a refund. Eventually, they told me there was a problem with my order, which was never processed correctly. They lied when they told me my order had been picked up. I had to email them screenshots of their policies that they were not following. I got a refund, but the hoops I had to jump through to get there were unacceptable. I told them that I expected better service because they were charging so much for their products. I will never buy from them again

    Worse customer service very dealt with - received an item which was totally melted and had liquified opposed to being a cream which is what I purchased. Sent an email to their required customer service email address and never received a response. Sent a second request two days later and still nothing. Yesterday I called the customer service line and the woman I spoke with said they responded to my email but I didn't get it. She said to send another email with my order number and send email with a picture of the item. She said they cannot guarantee some products won't melt in the delivery process......than why sell them online. I will never purchase another product from them as still haven't heard back from them after the picture was sent - so I'm out the money for a jar of soup!!!!!

    I placed an order in July 2022. I had it shipped to the rental house I was staying in on vacation. It never came nor did it come to my home address. So I emailed the company since they have no phone number to contact customer service. Then I filed a claim with my bank. They told me to go through Truly since the order was showing it was shipped. Then I placed a 2nd order for $260, containing the items I never received and a few more. I received that order. I have been emailing the company about the $168 I wasn't refunded. They're a shady company.

    Ordered a body butter and it shipped relatively quickly. However, the butter was a complete mess when I received it. Completely melted and separated. I contacted customer service with a picture and they offered to send a replacement but when I asked whats the difference and how it wont melt, they told me I could pay extra for a melt proof packaging. If youre shipping something that melts like this in the heat, melt proof packaging should be the norm. The product which cost $38.00 is completely ruined. Will not be buying from here again. I should have looked here first to see Truly absolutely hides negative reviews and I can see why- their product is terrible and customer service is even worse!

    Truly will not post any product review under 3 stars. They offer points towards products or discounts for leaving reviews, so people will post reviews to get said points. They constantly change their formulas and ingredients with no notice or warning they are not clean, they are not vegan they are not organic. They use *** and violence in their advertising They are such a shady company

    Had a VERY bad experience with this company. I received my package originally and was destroyed so first they offer me $4 even though I paid $50 for the item. Then after a run around of emails. They said they will replace the trunk and oil. I kept telling them it just says the oil but she said over and over both are in the package and once again. I received it and it was just the oil!!! Like I said. Now they said they will send the trunk(mind you this was a Xmas gift) its been WEEKS now and still says in transit which my package is lost. Christmas is now over and they will do NOTHING to fix it. Very bad company and customer service. Will never order from them again. Now Im out $50 and no items.

    HORRIFIC customer service. Ordered 22 days ago and still hasnt been shipped yet their website says 2 day free express shipping to get your order in time for Christmas. I have been waiting for 22 days so how is that possible? Tried emailing - no reply. Posted my experience on Instagram stories and got a reply thanking me for my patience as they had an unusual number of orders. ThenJust last night I got an email that my order was being pulled and they were out of a product I chose. How is it possible to just be pulling my products from an order 22 days ago. Just awful!!! Will be returning this order (if it ever arrives) and never purchasing again.

    Much the same as the complaints below listed at a similar rating state. I ordered on 11/25/2022 and per the website and app was told that shipping would occur in 1-3 business days excluding weekends. I waited 6 business days, getting no updates from them, before I reached out to customer service, who did absolutely nothing but give automated responses. Waited another 3 days and reached out again via email as the phone number listed doesn't connect to anyone when called. It took a full day of email exchanges to be told that they are behind and have no idea when my items will ship. Nothing done to make it right except offering a store credit for less than any of their products sell for and wouldn't even cover shipping. Like I ever will buy from them again.

    Truly products are incredible and so is the company. My skin is SO HEALTHY since I started using Truly. Everything works so well. Customer service is exceptional! ******************** has zero control over things like other Countries duty fees, how long it takes postal carriers to deliver packages, or the weather, but they listen and support their customers and help whenever they can. I've use Truly as my only face and body care for two years and I have never had a bad experience. Truly is AMAZING. I'm thrilled with every aspect of my purchasing experiences.

    This company lies and scams people. They inflate all of their reviews to 3+ stars (so if you leave a 1 star review its automatically made into 3 stars). They lie about what is in their products and claim to be vegan and organic when its not. They also do not replace damaged items to the customer even though they say they have a worry free 30 day guarantee. They are a scam and desperately need to be audited
