      This complain involves 2 employees that are located at Dotty's Casino store # is **. One of them is a Bartender Rafael T*****, and the other is the Assistant Manager Stacey her last name im not familiar with. I'm a regular player at this location love spending my time there but recently back in November 2022 I had to make a police report because i had my cellphone stolen as well with 2 other customers one of them was a wallet the officer had found the person that had stolen my other cellpho e and wallet but I never received mine back, I'm pretty upset about it but it was an alert to me, days went by and on November 28,2022 I had a personal situation with the bartender Rafael T***** that night I was at the Casino and had asked him if they by any chance had a phone book that I could use he look at me with smerk at his face laughing and asking me that why I needed it if I didnt have a cellphone on me it pissed me off cause he was pretty much making fun of me because I had my cellphone stolen I did respond to him "does it matter if I have a cellphone on me besides that wasnt me question I asked for the phonebook not a phone device and walked off to sit down mean while he kept passing by saying unappropriate comments towards me that he was going to starts charging me rent because I was always there ect... so I did get up and confrunted him and told him to stop making those kinds of comments about me and to stop laughing at me. Rafael had only answered to me and told me to GET THE **** OUT!, I said no because I wasnt the one that started any of this with him he was pretty much bulling me for no reasin at all and he told once more to get the **** out or that he was going to call the cops. I told him to do so to clear this situation that he had with me. Once that happend the officer had showed up and explained that if I was asked to get out that to do so or he was going to put a report were I could of gotten arrested. I had explained to the officer even if I wasnt doing...
