      Aug 11, 2022 ordered 10 PCGS American Eagles for $249.49. (Payment by Visa credit card) Order number *******. October 08, 2022 received email from Vikka at Vuexi advising they did not have the item I ordered and I would be receiving a refund., In response to another email Vikka advised refunds take time, Still they have my $249 and still no refund. If they did not have the item I ordered why such a long time for a refund.

      i purchased three silver coins from them on 09/23/22 for $95 and were supposed to be delivered by 10/05/22. they told me to use the tracking number in two emails and said they were on there way. tracking number doesn't work and I still haven't seen them and they stopped communicating.

      SILVER AMERICAN EAGLE COINS ..AMT: $245
      Found the. Site on Facebook..sounded like a good deal on silver eagles...so I bought silver eagles...2 silver Aztec calenders...all 1 oz. Silver coins....total 10 coins...I got the in the mail and could see they were not real...put a magnet to them and they were steel...contacted the company and they said they would send me a return shipping label...replace the coins...it's been 2 weeks and still nothing...no response...I would like them to refund my money...these coins are useless to me...thank you...***** ******
