      I came into the store to purchase a vape product and to get cash back. everything was fine until Saturday August 24,2024
      when my vape just stopped working. The vape is fully charged and still have a nice amount of vape juice in it. I went back to the store on Sunday August 25,2024 to discuss the issue but the manager was not in. I didn’t want to have to buy a new vape which that resulted in. All i wanted was to be reimbursed for my vape because i still wanted it. i didn’t want to have to purchase a new one considering i just got this vape not even 2 days ago. The vape doesn’t pull out and its acting as if its dead even after being charged

      Per customer complaint regarding the return and refund of merchandise, All Sales Are Final. The customer used product for two days before returning to store and complaining it did not work properly. She was advised to return on Monday 8/26/2024 to speak with management and she did NOT come back.

      I am rejecting this response because: When i came back to the store is has not been 2 full days since i purchased that vape. i purchased that vape late friday and came back sunday morning because when the vaped just stopped working out of nowhere the store was closed. this isn’t the only issue i’ve had with you guys, the first issue was when i was charged 5 bucks for 2 black and milds and i never even received my money back for that nor did you guys try to correct the fact that i was overcharged. I didn’t come into your store because over the phone the manager insisted that there was nothing that she can do to even fix the problem. so yea i made a report regarding not 1 but 2 different issues

      Per our original response, we have nothing to change. The customer never returned to the store, as was instructed, to speak with the manager. .We  consider this matter closed.
