      I was charged two copays for a single visit.
      Irrespective of the legality, I was never notified either orally or in writing that there would be a second copay required.
      I was not given the option to decline the treatment based on the increased cost.
      I paid the usual copay upon entering the facility.
      The second copay just showed up as a new charge after the visit, without my consent

      Called the Sparks location bec I was hoping to get a Dermatology schedule as it’s 5 mins from my house. I assumed since I called the Sparks number it will be in Sparks not in a different location. I was scheduled but they cancelled on me 2x the first one was less than <24H of my appointment, the 2nd they cancelled the day before. The third appt when I clicked the address on my text for gps (it just says Warren Way no city) I found out they’re in Reno not Sparks so they’re 30 mins away from me; the Sparks location was only 5 mins away. I had to call to cancel bec I was under the impression it was in Sparks and couldn’t make it there on time. No one was answering so I left a voicemail. They sent me a bill for $79 for a no show when no one is even answering the phone to resched a Dermatology appointment. How is that fair? $79 is nothing but it’s not okay if they cancelled 2x and no one is answering if I wanted to reschedule?! That’s not rigth. No one mentioned of a $79 no show fee when I spoke to the rep. I can also ask them $79 for cancelling on me Monday in less than 24hrs.

      Scheduled an appointment which I then had to miss last minute due to unforseen circumstances. I later received a $50 bill for not coming in. They're illegally trying to send this fee to collections. If you listen back to the recording of our call, I was not once informed of or agreed to this charge. I also have no signature on file agreeing to this fee. Because they are lacking both, it is inappropriate to continue harassing me for this fee and threatening collections. Over $50. Poor business practice and a lack of care and concern for their patients and the circumstances their patients are experiencing.
