    I took my daughter to this business with my wife for a routine checkup and paid a simple $20 copay. Months later after the visit, this business continues to harass both me and my wife continuously attempting to collect the same debt over and over again despite multiple efforts to contact this business and even after my wife showed them proof on her account statement that she paid the $20 invoice. I also called and they claim that they show in their system that the invoice had been paid on time. Despite all this, we continue to receive emails and even paper mailings saying that the same invoice is now over 70 days late and threatening to send to collections. They are doing nothing to stop these nuisance attempts to collect the debt already paid, and proven to be paid, and by doing nothing and failing to update their systems, it now constitutes as harassment. This is why we would like to enlist your help in this matter. Thank you.
