    Original transaction 1/2022 for annulment. Annulment finalized 4/23. Mr S***** refuses to send me the official copies of my annulment. I have no way to change my name, amend my taxes or prove my marital status. I paid for multiple certified copies and he refuses to provide as he wants more money as a charge for answering my email. I paid him in good faith and he refuses to provide what I paid for. I have reached out to him repeatedly and he will not send my documents stating I have to pay him $100 to find my file. I have seen on reviews that he is doing this to multiple people. He also holds himself out as a lawyer, giving legal advice, but certainly isn’t acting professionally or ethically,

    On May 3rd I filled out questionnaire and paid for divorce papers to be done I reached out the following day to the company to advise on status of papers in which I was told they were sent. I never received so I ask nicely at their convince to resend then I got a threatening phone call from Michael stating they sent them but.now he claims I blocked the email and which I replied I didn't block any emails maybe he should try to attach them to our email correspondence of.me inquiring where he sent them he stated they he already sent them in a new email which I block and claimed I was try9ng to commit fraud which I replied im not im on the phone with you kow trying to get this resolved in which he told me to call him back at 11 am he didn't have time for me today and he would resend them now im 3 days I and much wasted time and energy. Not regarding the horrible attitude and blatant disrespect all I wanted was my document how ever that may be and he was very resistant to send them

    I have paid for a service to have my marrige annulled. I had paid them the original money like 3 different occasions. He claims to not be able to find it. Mike. I paid them their fees. Then calling to check they are like you need more money foe filing fees. Has to be a money order not paid with a card. Paid this fee and then awaiting process server. Like almost month and a half nobody even came to my house. Had to pay an extra 125 for this. Mike asked me to serve him myself. Wouldn't even mail me a copy to serve him. I told him nobody wants to get involved. He finally hired a process server. I contacted him and he served my husband. I have ring cameras no attempt were made in the past. I kept calling for updates. Mike wanted to charge me to get an update. I said I paid for a service. So after all this he got served in October. I am emailing him on Sunday expecting a call on Monday. He calls me on a Sunday afternoon. Mike tells me in order to finish my case I need to give him a 5 star Google review in order to get a copy of my annullment in which the judge signed. I told him that was not part of our contract pursay and I needed a copy of this to separate my legal affairs. He said as soon as I give this he will mail me a copy. I told him he can't do this. He got mad and hung up on me. As I was trying to call back a lady with broken English saying she was the owner and what was the problem. I think its his wife. I told her what she had said and she said I must have misunderstood. Which I didn't. He repeated this 7 to ten times. Which I said I do not have to do this and if I did it would be a very poor review. I started this process like last Jan Feb of last year. She said they would mail me a copy. No time frame on this. It's Nov 13th and I would like to get this issue resolved or my money back. Which is like 1100 bucks.

    Nevada Quick Divorce is operating illegally with a permanently revoked license. I've paid for services that I never received. Mike verbally assaulted me over the phone. Viktoriya threatened to sue me if I told people of my experience with them. They have no business taking money as their licensing is permanently revoked.

    I went to Nevada Quick Divorce to have my divorce processed. I spoke with **** who assured me the process was simple and something he could take care of in a timely matter. After starting the process in September and paying him approx $1,300 my case is at a stand still. Every time I call to get an update from him he always says stop calling him for updates or he's going to charge me $100 per call to update me. **** also hung up in my face several times because I was asking him to explain the process because I didn't understand. After reading reviews on the web he is known for trying to charge clients extra for calling him. I would just like to have my divorce completed and let other clients know to avoid this business. ******************* customer service and professionalism, all he wants is your money.

    I completed the divorcedocuments template on line around August 29, 2022. There was a separate area for the **** information and a rate chart per **** included in their template that I indeed filled out, expecting the orders to be completed. I paid the $270 fee for printing documents in good faith that their template in fact included the actual services the company could render.I called Nevada Quick Divorce directly around Sept 4 to check on the ****s. That is the first time ************************* advised me they do not complete the ****s due to the complications they can entail. Their advertisement as well as the template I completed included them in their services and a fee is clearly stated.This is Deceptive Advertising. I should have been made aware that they were unable to perform the service they claim to render BEFORE printing and sending documents and charging me for them. Printing them and Knowingly charging me seems fraudulent, along with morally bad judgment and bad business. It was their responsibility to contact me and advise me of their inability to complete my order and verify at that time if I wanted the documents printed, or to cancel the order.I requested a refund in full because they did not perform the services as agreed and they did not convey that their company was unable to fulfill my order until after the documents were printed.************************* informed me that they have a strict policy of no refund for printing the documents. The documents were printed under deceptive and unfair business practices! I am seeking your help to resolve the issue of obtaining my $270 refund, and require them to change their website to honestly explain their services. Let's look out for the next consumer.     this customer desired us to also do a QDRO, however, the current costs of a **** is very expensive, about $550.  Previously they were very inexpensive.  But these companies we have to file the **** with have doubled and tripled their costs.  The customer should have known that.  Because of these higher costs, we have not had a request for a **** for 5 or 6 years.
