    I purchased a **** Mustang Mach E on 3/10/25. As part of the purchase I would receive a free home EV charger installed. **** partnered with a company called ****** to oversee the home EV charger install. ****** assigned me this company to do my install. The point of contact at Have Lights Will Travel was someone named ****. As the weeks went on, I attempted to contact **** multiple times about the status of my home charger. He never answered his phone or responded to my emails. I did get a email response from someone named ******* ****** on 4/8/2025. She advised me in that email it would take 4-6 weeks for a permit for my project. Instead of getting my permit started once I bought my vehicle, they waited a month after my purchase to start the permitting process. I gave them ample time, about 8 weeks from 4/8/25, to get my permit so they could start the job. I attempted to contact them on 6/3/25 before I sought 3rd party resolution. I called my POC, ****, no answer, and no return call. I also called ******* ****** to see if she knew about the project status. She did not answer my call, I left a voicemail, and 24 hours later she never responded. I wrote a negative ****** review this evening 6/3/25 and now suddenly **** **********, the "owner" is emailing me claiming they have had the project ready and its Qmerits fault for not reaching out to schedule the project. He claimed someone named '***' was going to reach out. His company had 3 months to get this done, and the day I write a bad review is the day he decides they are ready to move forward.
