    Ordered a product --- it came in a damaged box (probably the ****** fault). Sent them an email, photos, explained that due to the compression of the frames of the filters, they would not work, but instead fall out. Was told, "I don't see any damage", so I sent more photos, showing the aluminum frame clearly damaged in transit --- never heard back. Just a c*** situation, it was their choice to ship without any protection/padding. Not mine. Paid for shipping. Filters are useless, no option for return, rude customer service...I'd suggest you find another vendor and these folks are finally exposed.
