They are a bunch of lying, stealing thieves. We had them pick up items (we paid $50 for the pickup). We received a call suggesting floor pricing which we IMMEDIATELY said "NO' to emphatically. We let them know we didn't want any of our items sold at the store. We advised them we were going to have a charity pick up the 2 beautiful modern floor lamps and our movers would pick up our sofa with chaise. I had sent pictures to both the charity ********* (so she would recognize the lamps) and *** at the store so there would be no confusion. The charity ********* called me immediately after picking up the lamps because she said they didn't look anything like the picture I had provided to her. I called the store only to find out THEY HAD SOLD MY LAMPS which they had NO authorization to do. *** called me apologetic and said he would (that day) send me their recommended floor sale price because of the mistake. WHAT WERE MY LAMPS doing on their sales floor? I asked him if he was going to pick up the "wrong" lamps from the charity because we were moving the next day. It also was not ours nor the charity's responsibility to make another trip to their store. He said he would take care of it and would send the check to me ASAP. KEEP IN MIND - THEY HAD NO RIGHT TO SELL MY FLOOR LAMPS TO ANYONE!!!!! They knew that I had refused the low ball "offer" and we were going to have someone pick the lamps up, yet they did what they wanted to do - SELL MY PERSONAL ITEMS without approval - that's stealing. Never received the check (no big surprise) and when I followed up about the check their story continued to change. So, no check, they spewed many varying lies. Minimally they owe us full price for our lamps. They are a sleazy group of everything you ever imagined with a consignment business. BEWARE of corrupt and deceitful scum in consignment stores!

      HI *********,

My name is Remington Rock and would like the opportunity to rectify your situation. Unfortunately, rather than calling us back to solve the issue you referred to name calling and reviews. I will first start out by stating we are absolutely not thieves as they say, " the proof is in the pudding" We would not been able to open 4 stores across the western US while being the largest brick and mortar consignment store in the US by stealing from our consignors. We have over a 4.5 ****** rating with over **** reviews! Second, I am a firm believer in owning up to your mistakes and with that said we absolutely made a mistake by selling your lamps without your approval but again it was a mistake with no intent. We have over **** items coming into the Reno store on a weekly basis and made a mistake that has happened maybe 3 times over a 15-year period. With that said we gave you other lamps in leu of yours we made the mistake with and you along with everyone agreed that would suffice. We would have definitely paid you out if had not agreed that you would accept the replacement lamps for your place of donation. We have not changed our story once as we have been firm on the fact we REPLACED your lamps with others that WERE accepted by whomever you were working with. At the very best there was a miscommunication with *** and yourself and still can be rectified. I would suggest that in the future you be respectful in rectifying matters like this and not refer to name calling. I am willing to have a conversation with you to make sure you are happy,  Please reach out to me anytime to discuss this matter.
