Elite quoted an exact replacement double garage door on a rental property for us. The replacement as the original did not have windows. The quotation was signed for the quoted price. What was installed was a door with windows and an invoice for an additional $475. Elite indicated that they would not paint the door and could not recommend any painting contractor, so we requested that a small piece of the old door could be provided for color matching. This was not done. The windows are a nice feature, but not a $475 value on a rental. ******* at Elite refused to discuss anything other than full payment and basically threatened us. Now he has directly contacted our renter and indicates he will come and rip out the windows panel. In the meantime, Elite was used by our property manager to replace the drive motor at another property. Elites price was 50% above anyone else, but we also signed that bid, thinking ******* might value our continuing business. We will never ever use Elite again

We have discussed this review with the customer. He admits that he took his frustration with the tenant at the home with us and he apologizes. We did non of the above and he has now purchased anothe door for the same address.
