    Steve White construction was hired to do a remodel on my building. They ignored my requests to protect my equipment during the remodel. It took them 6 weeks to install a toilet and put drywall up. In the process of finishing the drywall, they failed to cover tens of thousands of dollars worth of sensitive electronic equipment while leaving extensive drywall dust throughout my entire unit destroying my equipment. They did make sure to put plastic down on the floor to not track the dust on to their shoes or in their vehicles. My attorney will be seeking compensation on my behalf and has reached out to them to discuss their incompetence, negligence and reimbursement along with photo evidence with no response as of yet.

    First of all, our contract for the specified address is not with **************, nor have I ever spoken to or met with **************.

    These accusations are blatantly false and misleading.  His attorney has never reach out to me via email, phone or mail.

    This is the only comment we can make at this time since ************** is threatening legal action, and we will be speaking with our attorney to see what our next step is.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    My Co-Trustee Darci and my attorney ***************** have reached out repeatedly to Steve White Construction so his response is a lie. I have been informed  by my attorney that he has an attorney and his attorney has reached out to mine. I have never spoken with Steve White, but on day one of construction, I was there and his employees repeatedly ignored me as stated truthfully previously. The only protective gear that he used in my recording studio was plastic on the floor and did not cover any of my equipment or furniture and filled my entire studio with drywall dust. My recording studio is no longer functional and Im not satisfied with anything Steve White construction or his employees have done to my studio to correct this. I did not hire Steve White. He was hired on behalf of my trust.
