    Hello I ordered underwear from Shaper somehow shaperx took ok two amounts of money for same underwear. I notified them within 5 min that this was an error please cancel they texted back 24 hrs later said they would but didn't. When I received the underwear I put refused and paid the fees to return the clothes. They received them back on Jan 10th they claim to have sent my bank the money back on the 21st of Jan they have not! My phone would not work to send copies to shaperx but I offered twice to fax them the papers from my bank. They never responded. I have tried to get my money back was told wait 4 days but they didn't not refund the money. So I went to my bank on the 5th day and filed to get my money back. The supervisor Lauren at my bank said they tried for 8;weeks can't get the money back. I've never had this problem before. The shaper x said we won't send money back if you are trying to use your bank to get it. Then they told me they sent the money back on several occasions which is not true. Then they said wait 75 days after March 1st . But I don't trust the company as I didn't order these type of underwear I can't wear them then they know they owe me the money but I keep getting refused the credit back. I shouldn't have to wait 75 more days to be told wait again. The bank does not have the money the shaperx company has my money and the clothes. The bank closed the account 2 weeks ago about the refund.

    ****** ******* placed two orders from our store and received both of them. She subsequently contacted us via email, claiming that she did not place these orders and that we had erroneously taken her money. In response, we requested that she return the items, assuring her of a prompt refund. However, during our communication, she initiated a chargeback. We explained to her that due to the chargeback process, we were unable to proceed with any further actions.

    Despite informing ****** of the chargeback status, she expressed her willingness to await the judgment of the chargeback. Recently, however, she has requested a refund sooner. In our commitment to customer satisfaction, we attempted to process the refund, but encountered difficulties due to the ongoing chargeback process, as evidenced by the attachment provided. ****** has claimed that the chargeback was closed, but according to our records, it remains open.

    We assured ****** that once the chargeback is resolved, we will promptly issue her a full refund. The resolution of the chargeback is anticipated to take approximately 75 days from March 1st. We appreciate her patience and understanding as we work towards resolving this matter to her satisfaction.

    I am rejecting this response because: I returned the merchandise on Jan 10th . The bank closed the process 2 weeks ago I already gave the name of the supervisor who said it was closed and offered to fax the paperwork showing it is closed. There excuse that it's not and wait 75 days is just not true. They are trying to get me to keep waiting and give up.

    Hello yes I can't send via my phone it's not working. I can fax the paperwork from my bank to you. I offered twice to fax to shaperx but got no response. It clearly states my bank is finished can't get my money back over 2 weeks ago.

    Enclosed is three papers showing the case closed at my bank and that Shaperx claimed they paid me back but they have not!

    I received a bodysuit order #**** that was too small based of their size chart. I contacted customer service for an exchange. They emailed me with a link that brought me to Amazon where I could print out a prepaid label. In the email it stated that the return/exchange would be at no cost to me and once they received my item back, they would send out the larger size. I received a label that requires postage and emailed the company requesting that they send me a prepaid label, which is what they already initially offered. Now they are telling me that I have to pay for shipping, but they are going against their own business policy of telling a customer that they will be sending out a prepaid label for a FREE return of an item. They are still refusing to give me a prepaid label and I want what I was promised so I can return this item. I also want the larger size , that was ordered. ShaperX’s customer service is very complicated and unaccommodating. If I cannot get a prepaid label, I want the larger size for free and I will not return the size that does not fit due to all of this aggravation. Please advise as I have been going back-and-forth with Shaperx support email for about two weeks now with no resolution. This is ridiculous!
