    May 14, 2024 I signed up with Core Cellular Synergies for a Wellness program with Dr. Brian Anderson of Summitt New Jersey and Reno, Nevada. He recommended I take a loan with Affirm for $8100 that was cancelable within 2 weeks if I changed my mind. I decided to put the charged on my credit card instead of the loan a week later and the accountant took my card and assured me the loan would be canceled and it would be as I never took it out. The loan was not canceled but my credit card was charged immediately. I have repeatedly contacted the loan company which insists the loan was not canceled and I should work with Core Cellular Synergies. I received two messages from them that they were canceling the loan and I should not make payments anymore. To date (7 months later) they have not canceled the loan and instead reported to the loan company that the loan is valid. So they have been paid twice for the program, once via the loan which I am still making payments on, and my credit card charge of $7100. Calls and emails to the Core Cellular Synergies have gone unanswered except for two emails which assured me the loan would be canceled, which it has not. So I am out approximately $15,000 for a program I never took. I canceled participation in the program within 2 weeks of my enrollment. So far I haven't received the money back despite the information in the contract that it will be returned within 2 weeks of cancelation. My phone calls are blocked and emails not returned.

    I purchased a plan and called back within 3 days to cancel. They agreed to cancel. I was financing with Affirm for the amount. They told me it would take about two weeks to refund. Never happened. Now Affirm is threatening to report amount to credit bureaus

    In July I sign up for a 4 month detox cleanse program. I worked the program for 3 months - it was difficult it included elimination of food diet and lots of other work. I had worked very hard to get to this point. Right before month 4, communication stopped - my monthly supplements never arrived and at one month after I was to start the 4th month - nothing was received and not communication. I was disappointed. I did all this work and the company failed to deliver what they promised. When I said I wanted my money back, I got one last email saying that I could talk to Dr Anderson about how to move forward. By then I lost all my work from the last three months.
    I took at loan out for the program - $6500 - through Affirm. With the interest rate of 32%, the total due is over $10,000.
    I reported to Affirm and they told me there was no refunds based on the company's input.
    Don't buy from these people it is expensive and they don't have follow through.

    December 10 I received my welcome letter still needed more money for the program so I decided not to move forward. I Requested a refund December 12, I did not receive any products nor services, no emails, no literature in the mail, no zoom calls. After numerous calls and emails. I received the following email. Yet I still have not received the money promised as of 8/20/2024.
    I have sent registered letters had an attorney send a letter still no response. The email below is the last communication I have received. I have been respectful at all times but can not get Mr. A******* to honor his word and return my money. $3500 before interest charges.

    On July 8th I agreed to buy Core Cellular Synergy and then realized I knew what to do and could not manage the payments. I called and canceled right away, within 12 hours. I never received anything and Affirm was going to pay them. I called Affirm also. They said Core Cellular needed to contact them and say I canceled. I called CCS many times , to ask them to get a hold of Affirm. They no longer answer and send text messages asking what I want.
    I again told them. This has been going on over 2 months. My credit is suffering and I am getting upset. Please help me get this taken care of. I canceled within 24 hours and never gave my new debit card number to Affirm. I didn’t know it would go through so quickly. Thanks

    In June2024 I took out a loan with Affirm to pay for classes through Core Cellular Synergy, located in NV. On June 10, 2024, I received a text from Yolanda regarding the program. At that time I was working enough hours to cover the payments, but on June 24, 2024, I found my hours were cut back drastically. I contacted Yolanda via text to initiate a cancellation of the program. She stated that she was going to contact the office and I should be getting a email regarding the cancellation and refund. I texted Yolanda back to find out what was happening, no word back. I have called the office many times after I finally was able to find a number to call. No one answers the phones, listens to voicemails, you just get a text back “sorry we missed your call, how can we help “, to which there are no responses back. I located his email, sent several emails, to which I have not received any responses. Since this has occurred, I have been defrauded and possibly have had my identity stolen. All of my money is now gone due to the scams. Freezes have been placed on all the credit bureaus, filed a lengthy police report, and of course filed a report with the bank and credit cards that were used. This company needs to refund ASAP and should refund interest charges also, the interest rate is over 35% with Affirm. I also tried calling the number that is posted in another ad, no one can take any calls. Hmmm. Have already filed a dispute with Affirm, they stated that there wasn’t enough evidence and ruled in favor of the merchant. Well, they were sent all the information needed to resolve this issue. Poor business practices by the merchant. Please help us!

    I canceled this program the same day i signed up. I have not received any products, nor have i had any appointments, yet they have not acknowledged me in any way and have not refunded the money. I deeply regret ever finding out about this "company".

    I am writing to seek your assistance concerning a health and vitamin cleanse program I purchased from Core Cellular Synergy on 01/31/24. Upon enrollment, I signed a contract outlining the services to be provided over a six-month period. The contract included a clause regarding refunds, specifically:

    "Termination within 14 days from Enrollment: Student may terminate this Agreement for a refund at any time during the first 14 days of enrollment or the Effective Date (whichever is sooner)."

    In accordance with this clause, I sent both a text message and an email to Core Cellular Synergy on 02/13/24, notifying them of my intention to cancel the program. On that day, the company responded via text, indicating that they would investigate the refund amount and get back to me. However, despite my monthly follow-ups, no refund was issued to my credit card.

    On 06/13/24, I received this email from Core Cellular Synergy: "I am so sorry, you were in our spam folder! We submitted a refund request many months ago to CareCredit. Unfortunately, we aren't able to do much more as we are the middleman. I would suggest reach out to them directly and asking them to cancel the transaction. They will be able to help you."

    However, I did not use CareCredit for the transaction; it was processed directly through my credit card. Additionally, I contacted CareCredit that day, and they confirmed that I do not have an account with them, making it impossible for Core Cellular to have issued a refund through their service.

    I immediately informed Core Cellular Synergy of this discrepancy on the same day. Since then, my emails, texts, and phone calls have gone unanswered. Unfortunately, my credit card issuer, Citi Bank, has informed me that it is now too late to dispute the charge.

    I kindly request your advice on any actions I can take at this time to resolve this issue.

    Signed a contract with company on 4/15/24. Per the contract i could cancel. If I wanted to cancel i had to email it to Brian. I emailed Brian on 5/06/2024 and let him know i was cancelling as of this date and to not send out any more supplements to me. There was no response to that email. On may 8th Yolanda D******* emailed me and i advised her that i cancelled. She stated she would let office and Brian know that i sent a cancellation email on the 6th. I still heard nothing. On may 16th i emailed Brian again. I asked him for a response or i was contacting better business bureau. He finally responded to that email saying they got my termination request and that as per my contract refunds would be issued within 45 days reflective of any costs incurred while on the program and an invoice would be generated at that time. I responded back to this email informing him his refund policy states 30 days and not 45. I heard nothing. On 6/10/24 i sent another email stating that the contract i signed said within 30 days i would be refunded and we are beyond the 30 days at this point . I stated that they are now in violation of there own contract and i am expecting a full refund by end of day or i will need to retain legal counsel on how to proceed. No response to that email. Today is now 6/21 and we are past the 45 days that Brian stated i would be refunded within and no email, invoice, or refund has been issued.

    I signed up to do Core Cellular Synergy on April 1, 2024. On April 2, 2024, I both emailed and called them to cancel the contract which I could do in 14 days. On May 1, they took a loan payment of $170.00 out of my account ignoring my cancellation. On May 6, see the picture of the phone text below, they agreed to send back my money and cancel the agreement with Affirm. They did not do that. Affirm review it and said that I still owe them the $4,000 and they will report to credit bureaus, if I do not pay. Help I want to get my money back and get this loan canceled as they promised by text to do.
