For ! they did not comply with US code 7502 mailing date markes 2 they didn't wait sufficient time for document to arrive in their office us code 7502 states 30 days.. 3 they put a lien on my property claiming my request for verification was beyond 30 days. 30 days being May 22, 2024. I witness and was shown the date stamp being May 21, 2024 One advantage of living in a small town and knowing the staff at your local post office. I was literally show the envelope after it came out of the meter by our postman. Dated May 21, 2024 By May 23, 2024 Red Rock Financial had already filled a lien on my house. Obviously having no regard for US CODE 7502 The verification form would have halted any further proceedings on my property. Hence 1 date after the due date the lien was filed It wasnt certified mail, but my postman will testify in court that the verification form was postmarked on the 21 of May 2024, That being said ,my past due amount went from $1242.36 on the 22nd of May to $1968.02 on the 29th of May. They have a habit of quoting out of the home owner manual, but when you take the time to look them up Its just outdated gibberish. Believe me I wouldn't be so bold as to stand behind these claims if I didn't have a paper trail to back up my claims and witness One of their gripes is the trim on the front of my house needs a little touch up painted Im 65 years old on a fixed income, I'm not climbing up a 2 story latter and painting the trim, so it takes us older retired folks a little longer to come up with the cash to hire some one to do these things. But yet the signage into our neighborhood has needed painting for the last 4 years, 2 ground power transformers have graffitti ali over them that's been for a least 2 yrs Don't you let them know about the signage they'll cover there track and have it painted in a heart beat. They have volunteers that look for things to fine on our dwelling they don't see their mistakes right under there noses I have time stamped pictures

I did not receive any information about my HOA fees being over due and got sent straight to collections. When contacting them about who is the collector they gave me the wrong collector that did not have my information. I contacted Samantha Taylor about the situation and she gave me red rock financial services and they too said they had no information on my collection account. I have been getting the run around on my debit and now I am scared I will lose my home with no communication from my home owners association.
