      Horrible customer service at this place. ***** is owner. We bought new sofa and loveseat through ***** for over $7k. Seat cushions crushed down so much they deformed and gave no support. Tried to get warranty service, but ***** refused to do so with mfg in SCal. No product paperwork or warranty cards given to us either. **** and ***** ***** both said foam in seat cushions were not correct, more appriaye for back cushions, not seat cushions. ***** became demeaning, accusatory and impossible to deal with. NO customer service! We just spent $1k to have all 5 seat cushions professionally redone with correct foam!
