    They advertised the wrong cartridge for my printer and won't refund my purchase amount

    This company's online system misleads people to cause wrong orders and rather than accepting their wrongdoing, they make money with 20% Restocking Fee. There must be a way for them to be punished for what they do. Run away from this company.The only reason they receive one star because system does not allow me 0 star.

    The worst company to deal with I have been buying ink cartridges for my printer for over 7 years and never had a problem But now that I want my money back its been nothing but a hassles I have never paid a 10% restocking fee and I think its very unfair to a customer that has been using them for all these years I want a full refund and a shipping label sent to me so I can return the items They actually only sent 4 when I had order 5

    AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Purchased a drum unit from them which was defective. Filed a claim and they waited to respond to our claim until the warranty expired. Then they claimed we never filed the claim. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE! We have taken them out of our system and DISCOURAGE ANYONE who is thinking of buying from these scam artists.

    Do not purchase from this company. They are not honoring their lifetime warranty. They claim they were purchased by another company. However, they have the same website, same products, they have my name and email on file. All of their toner cartridges were all sold under a lifetime warranty. I have returned several and most of them go bad before they are half way used. I called today as I had a bad black cartridge. They said we no longer have lifetime warranties. This is clearly the exact same company with the same phone number and same website with the same products. They are not honoring the lifetime warranty I that I was given when I purchased this cartridge. They were rude and would not make any exceptions to make this issue right. I spoke to ****** and ******, the manager and it was like they did not hear me. Very disturbing customer service to say the least. I have a receipt that says lifetime warranty with their letterhead and phone number and web address. Whether or not they were purchased by another company which I do believe is just a story for anyone trying to replace a bad product with the lifetime warranty. At first ****** refused to transfer me to a manager. I called back 3 time and he was the only one working in customer service. Finally he transferred me to the manager and she was like a broken record. All I wanted was this company that I have been purchasing from for many years to live up to their warranty. Beware and purchase your cartridges anywhere but from supplies outlet
