      I was billed an extra $41.84. Reno Diagnostic center person Merle said we would have a refund. We have been waiting since October 28, 2024. We still have not received payment even after 3 calls. Not very police to me as well. Maybe you can help?

      I have been going to Reno Diagnostics Center in Reno, NV for my health care imaging for many years. I have a patient account and have always been able to access my exam results on their patient portal until recently. Now, after I log on to my account, I can't access any of my imaging results. It just doesn't work. I have called them several times and even stopped in to their office today (9/25/24) and asked to speak to someone about this. Actually, I asked about speaking with their practice manager. I was given a phone number to call which I did and spoke to the same person I have spoken to before. Someone who works in the imaging/file dept. there. I am not getting any sort of resolution to my problem. I have a legal right to this info/files, but no one is assisting me to get this resolved.

      On May 8th, 2024 I had an ultrasound at Reno diagnostic. Prior to this appointment I called and confirmed price 3 different times. I was told total $45.00, I also informed them my deductible had not been met each time I called.
      I received a bill for 89.45 the following month.

      I have talked to billing, Renee. The manager, and the assistant manager. Have paid this bill, but this is not a good business practice. I was out of work and needed to make sure I could afford.



      Also, was rescheduled three times and had gotten a new job and was very stressful.
      All of the ones I mentioned said they would find out what happened and get back to me. I have not had any of this resolved. Final straw is I get a bill saying they are sending me to collections.
