    I received my belongings 10 MONTHS after I left my origin state, and this is only because I filed a complaint with FMSCA. When everything arrived, many things were broken and my **** *********************** new mattress was missing. This is what was referred to as a hostage load complaint. If you have been a victim of this company, file a complaint here ****************************************** I write this in hopes to prevent people from going through what I went through, and to help people who are already going through it. Worst experience of my entire life. It is astonishing to me that people will take advantage of others in what is one of the most stressful life situations, and even more baffling that they are still able to do so without impunity.
