    5/20/24 went to salon to get nails "filled". I was told regular lady has retired and shop sold. There was a new nail tech. Named,Priscilla she did the fill. I notice she was new to business. She did use standard method of fill. She did not trim down old nails and rebuild the nail. She did not clean or trim grow out growth either. She applied powder over all nails used gel cover and polished. I asked if the nails would hold. Usual fill was 4 weeks apart. Previous nail tech was Rosie and this was never a problem. She cleaned shortened. Otherwise on top of nails and below this tech did not do that. Now within 10 days 5 nails are falling off. I paid $40 plus tip. I called and asked to be redone they did not call back the nail the tech who did nails answered the
    phone. No return call. I am unhappy!
