      I got auto zone rewards and it says to buy something 5 times get $20 I bought something 4 times and it showing I haven't bought 1 thing and didn't get my 5 visits yet. I want it fixed or I want my $20 mailed to me as a check .. And a new card sent to me since you guys says my account ain't complete

      I’ve been a loyal customer for many years but was very disappointed in my last purchase. I purchased some breaks at the AutoZone on Lemon Drive, Reno. Took to my mechanic and as I drive the breaks are making a squeaking noise. Called the store and spoke to Mike, May 1st at 9:30am. He was extremely rude. I spent $200 for service plus the defective brakes. He told me to go back to bring back the defective breaks. What about the money spent with my mechanic? I am disgusted with your customer service . I will tell me family and friends about this horrible experience and none of us will ever return to any of your stores.

      I clearly said it was the Autozone on Lemon Drive, Reno/NV. I also stated the time the I called and who I spoke to (Mike). There’s not much clearer I can get. I bought it less than a month ago and don’t have the receipt but through my phone number, ********** they can find out I just purchased brakes for my 2014 Kia Soul. Let me know if you need anything else
