    I made a boarding reservation for November 25. They immediately charged me $460 when I made the reservation in October. I called November 4 to cancel my reservation, they said I wouldn’t get a refund because I have to cancel within 30 days. When I made the reservation they never mentioned this and I was only aware of a 10 day policy to cancel. I’ve boarded my dogs at other places and they never charge me until pick up day, they don’t charge me immediately like this place and I can cancel at anytime. I think this is an unfair policy especially since they don’t tell you about the policy when you call to make the reservation. They should at least send you an email or explain that so I could have called 30 days before. Also to not refund $460 is ridiculous because who can afford to just waste $460 on nothing. I’ve read the Yelp reviews and apparently the new owner tells clients that they don’t need them because there’s a line waiting for them and so they feel like they can do whatever they want and charge whatever they want.
