    Called and made an appointment, had to wait 5 days until appointment. Time frame given was from 3pm - 5pm..... dude never showed. I called but got nowhere. The next day the dude calls and says "sorry I didn't get back to you yesterday" (like i was waiting for a call) I was thinking we had an appointment. He says "I can be there in 2 hours", this was at 4pm. As I sit here at 7:15 he is still not here and has not called. What an absolute joke of a business. Do your self a favor and call someone else for your plumbing needs. They don't take their customers seriously and don't care about doing a good job. Never again.

    ****, I apologize for the inconvenience. Mr. Rooter Plumbing strives to provide world-class customer service. This ************************ was not the case as re your service request; we failed to follow through. I have reviewed the initial call(s). You were advised of the timeframe concerning our schedule. Our CSR offered a date; our CSR clearly stated that we could not schedule you until Monday 3-5. You accepted. As to what occurred following that scheduled appointment, yes, Mr. ********************** failed. Mr. Rooter Plumbing should have advised you of the fact that sometimes emergencies arise that entails re-scheduling less urgent requests into the day or the next soonest slot. I will coach our technicians to do better in communicating honestly with customers at the first appropriate opportunity. We understand that your time is valuable. I am sorry that we missed the ***** Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Very best wishes to you.
