      Business is predatory. Both Sugi Psychiatry & Wellness and their billing company ************* is owned by the same person. You will experience wrongful billing practices and you will not be able to get a neutral third party involved. Its better to stay away and save yourself from a future headache. The business is all about money, they use harmful tactics to hurt mentally vulnerable people. They do not care about your mental health, they will push you into getting appointments just for your copays/insurance payouts. They will mislead on the services they offer and will not value you as a patient. You are just numbers to them. Do not waste your time and mental energy on a business that does not deserve you.

      This place is all about the money. They will charge you for medication management and psychotherapy for every visit even though they do not provide psychotherapy. Dr. ********************** was not disagreeable at best and he found the right medication for me. The **** ***************************** is amazing, but that was not enough for me to return to this practice given the questionable billing practices.I found out the second of two charges on my statement for each visit was for psychotherapy, they never responded to my question about why the charge for each visit was over 400 dollars when their cash price was 150. When I said I didnt feel like any psychotherapy was given and pointed out that both visits were short and the second one was 10 minutes tops, I was informed that all appointments counted as psychotherapy as the doctors inquired about my mental health. I disagreed and they stopped communicating with me. I found the fact that they routinely billed for something I felt they did not provide me in any way shape or form off-putting to say the least. I would never return to this office or recommend it to anyone else.
