    We purchased new "GIRLS MILANI CAMISOLE TUTU DRESS" for our 5 year old daughter's ballet from a store Pirouettes in Pensacola, FL on 7/29/22 in new condition. FIRST WASH (GENTLE) AND DRESS FALLS APART. Jewels lost. Quality CONTROL issue. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. Jessica A******* for Bloch asked many questions and we supplied all the requested information including: SIZE, STYLE, COLOR, ETC ETC ETC. We supplied everything. Jessica A******* suggested reaching out to the retailer regarding the DEFECTIVE item. However, the retailer says they only carry one in each size, so a replacement from the retailer is not possible. So WHY did Jessica A******* ask to supply her so much information just to say 'NOT OUR PROBLEM' (See pictures) instead of replacing the obvious defective item (See pictures). As the manufacturer of the GIRLS MILANI CAMISOLE TUTU DRESS and with a clear DEFECTIVE item, this is unacceptable. Also a warning for others to understand that the quality of this company's goods must be poor if they are unwilling to replace items.

    The business will not process a refund due to their system not allowing returns after 30 days. I explained why it's impossible to know whether a product is going to work or not in 30 days. I tried leaving a review on their website and they do not approve reviews that are negative. This is exactly why I am in the position I am in now. If I had read honest reviews about their product and not just "good" ones. I would not have purchased. They are falsely advertising.

    Good  Morning BBB,

     

    I just wanted to touch base with you regarding the dispute with ***** ********. Yes, Ms ***** ******** purchased merchandise off our website on 4/24/22 for shoes. Our website does say all returns must be done in a timely manner of 30 day…. Please see below. We were notified on ***** June 29th regarding she didn’t like the shoes, which we originally denied for being over the 30 day return policy. This policy is in place for security reasons,  for we do not want to hold anyone’s credit card information longer than 30 days. We found a work around with our credit card processing team and were able to refund Ms. ***** ******** on July 1st.

     

    Here is also a copy of the letter you sent to us for reference.

     

     

    RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

    If you would like to return your item, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt.

    To return goods for a refund, store credit, or exchange for a new size please use our returns portal.

    If you have received defective merchandise you can e-mail us at [email protected]. Please describe your defect and provide your contact information. We will aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

    We can only accept returns of items unworn and unwashed, in 'shelf ready' condition. Items must have been purchased on wearebloch.com, and purchases from wearebloch.com cannot be accepted in any other store. All returns of items purchased on wearebloch.com must be returned to our warehouse.

    Please allow 7-10 business days for us to receive your return. Once received, we will inspect and process your return within 5 business days. You will be notified by e-mail once your return has been completely processed and your refund has been issued.

    All refunds are for merchandise only. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and we are not able to provide return shipping labels at this time.  

    Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. 

    In all cases, the returned items must be in their original "shelf-ready" condition which includes tags and any packaging. 

    All items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, therefore we strongly suggest that you use a trackable shipping service. Please ensure you pack your shipment securely to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.

    We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
