    Bobos Mogul Mouse **** has terrible customer service. On June ********* we worked with ***************************** and picked out the material for our patio chair slings, which he ordered from Tropitone. We called Bobos on Aug 2nd , 2022 to check how the order is coming along. They told us that we had to change the material and reorder it. I asked them why they didnt call us for this change. They said that they tried to called us. They never call us or left any messages for us. We came back in to order the material again on Aug 4th, 2022. Our order came in on Oct. 3rd 2022. On Oct 18th 2022 I brought two patio chairs and one double glider to Bobos to install the new fabric. **** wrote the workorder up and told me that it would just take two or three hours to do. One hundred twenty three days later they finally finished the job and called me to pick up the chairs. On Feb 18th 2023, I picked up the two chairs and double glider. I called **** many times regarding this job and he always had excuses and lies to tell me. I dont recommend Bobos **** to anyone. HBD
