I played two and half seasons of basketball at the facility. The first two seasons I PAID in full and yes I can pull those up if the business wishes to get into greater detail. But the amount was around 1500 dollars in total the third season I did not pay the entire league fee of 750 instead just my fee because they loaded free agents on my team who were not paying which is one reason why I canceled the team and they punished me for it when it was agreed upon with the director that they were suppose to pay by the first game since they were free agents through the facility itself and not players of mine. I asked the director to collect the money they could have called certain players to see if these players were going to reimburse me they did not even try because they got paid in full. Honestly, I get that but still I am left with no choice if I do not pay then I have no team all because others are not paying so instead the players are allowed to make payments and only a few did per season which can be searched in their finance records I am sure per looking into our teams account. The problem also is that the refs are playing by different playbooks, botching scores, were stuck having other teams mess up scores screw us out of games and then the divisions are stacked. For example if you say this is a beginner league and you stack it with college pro teams we stand no choice therefore what we signed up for were not getting so its a huge loss of money for me and our players! The players were bullying and mistreating me but they also were sex offenders and were not in alignment with the teams rules or a representation of our business. I had to cancel halfway through the third season owners would not meet me and staff was not communicating for weeks with one another. They suspended me till 2024 and took away our free agent usage which is a form of discrimination, abuse and really overreach! They treated me horribly and I was a great customer so disrespectful!

In order to resolve the complaint the facility would need to figure out what amount they wish to reimburse me for one even if its partial is the fact they are willing to remedy the situation. Secondly since I was suspended in the fall its past fall nothing can be done about it since the time has expired therefore I am demanding an apology. Thirdly access to at least three free agents per season and if they stick people who do not fit our ideals, wont pay, follow the rules etc we have the right to remove those free agents off our roster as any coach or team owner should be able to do! If they can comply with these terms then the complaint at the BBB will be dissolved!
