************************ is engaging in a deceptive trade practice when in the course of his private business, DC Consultants, he is knowingly conducting business without any of the required state or city licenses. ************************ was sent to my home by ******* Contracting to provide what I believed would be a third party structural engineer report about the stability of my home because a Quick Space employee smashed a heavy, steel, 24 foot storage container into the front of my home with a huge flatbed truck five months ago. (******* Contracting contracted with Quick Space to provide the storage container.) ************************ refused to provide a business card when he visited my home (for about 20 minutes) to provide a structural engineer report and misrepresented himself as the structural engineer I was led to believe he was. ************************ did not take any measurements, nor did he take the time to examine the stability of the structure of the front of my home/job site that he was reasonably expected to do. He stood in the driveway the entire time and did not conduct a detailed assessment of structural damages. In my opinion, ************************, of DC Consultants, attempted to deceive me by providing a misleading, limited inspection I feel was to protect his friends he does business with. Instead of providing a structural engineer report, he provided what he called a brief damage assessment survey mostly indicating the storage container could not have caused the damage to my home. ************************, from his private, unlicensed ****, ****** business, DC Consultants, has further wasted my time, and repairs have still not taken place as a result of what I consider his unscrupulous behavior. It is unconscionable practice that ************************ of DC Consultants is knowingly disregarding the rights of and taking advantage of the lack of knowledge, ability and capacity of an elderly consumer to a grossly unfair degree and causing prolonged emotional and economic damage.
