On 10/11/24, my wife and I subscribed to the Tucker Carlson Network in order to watch the newly released documentary, Line in the Sand. The dollar amount that appeared on the screen was the monthly rate of $9 which seemed a fair amount. I gave my credit card information and eagerly watched the film. When I later did my monthly review of my bank transactions on 10/31/24, I saw they charged me for an ANNUAL subscription at $72. I immediately contacted their support team requesting to cancel my subscription and refund my money and got this response: "Hi there, Thank you for reaching out. I have processed your request for opting out on subscription's auto renewal. It is still available until the end of your billing period on October 11, 2025. After the said date, we won't be charging your account for any future payments. As for refund, TCN website is very clear on our pricing, all sales are final. We are happy to cancel the account to avoid the auto-renewal at the end of your membership, but we cannot offer a refund for the purchase. If you encounter any further issues or have additional questions, please feel free to let us ********* regards,********* *.. // Customer Support Specialist **********************"I have rebutted their response 3 times since then, and they keep repeating the same thing, encouraging me to enjoy other programs and content over the year. And I keep repeating that I intended to subscribe for the one month as displayed in order to see one documentary, for which $72 is an outrageous sum. I am happy to pay the $9 for the monthly subscription. But I request your assistance in getting a refund on the remaining $63 and the immediate cancellation of my subscription, and not being held hostage for a year until 2025. Thank you.
