7/21/23 made appointment for new tires.
7/26/23 arrived for mt appointment. I was getting 4 new tires and an oil change.
I arrived early to my appointment, my express oil change took 1 1/2 hours. When it was pulled into the tire bay my truck had oil leaking from what appeared to be the front of the engine. I informed the manager of a possible oil leak. They attempted to clean it up.
Next was my truck damage. I arrived at 1:30 and at 4:30, the manager informed me that my wheel was broken. He told me that they didn't break it, the entire chrome surface had been knocked off. Chuck insisted it was damaged when it arrived (they weren't). At this point I was upset, I had already been there for over 3 hours. I signed the receipt and left. I arrived home 45 min later.
I was still upset when I arrived home. I decided to do a walk around my truck. I noticed that 2 additional wheels were severely damaged. This was due to improper wheel weight removal( confirmed by local tire shop).
I then looked over my receipt for a number to call.
This is when I noticed the almost $300 i was overcharged. At this point I was very upset. I called corporate to report this.
They charged me $219.44 for tire protection and $32 for nitrogen. Both of which were never discussed with me ***** to charging me.
      Service date 07/26/23
      Invoice # *************
Order# ****** Corp ref # ****** Fast forward a few days to the call from the store Manager Chuck.
We talked about the damage and a solution, the entire time he was very accusatory. Ended the call with a possible solution.
Fast forward a week, still no call. I left a message with an employee and no call. I called Chuck back on 08/04/23.
Once on the call he informed me he's been busy and also reviewed the camera footage and they didn't do anything wrong but he would replace the wheel and again blamed me? I told him in a not so nice way that this was unacceptable. I called corporate again and still haven't heard back more than a week later.

I spoke with *****, and yes we do have video footage of the wheels and the clad portion of the wheel falling off without even touching it and footage of ***** wheel damage before the tire were even dismounted the tires. I also spoke to ***** about the charges in question and explained that to him. The nitrogen fill is part of our tire install package, and the tire protection package is optional and I explained that to him on the phone. I did offer to cancel the protection package and ***** declined at that time (he may have changed his mind?). There was also never a oil leak, however there was residue dripping from the oil change and that is unacceptable. We did address the issue and he watched us. I would be happy to discuss things further if he would like to call us and we would be happy to show him the video footage.
