    Purchased a whole house water filtration system from WaterChef for my new home. Product was professionally installed by a licensed plumber as per instructions. Product leaked and caused damage to garage floor and support structure. Contacted WaterChef immediately and was sent a replacement part. Had replacement part professionally installed by a licensed plumber, product still leaked. Contacted WaterChef again, and was advised to seek out a different filter cap from another vendor? Replied that I would not do that and for them to fix my issue. WaterChef sent a new filter yet that did not resolve the leak. Contacted WaterChef and informed them of ongoing problems and lack of support and requested full refund of defective product. Was told a refund would be issued to me via regular mail for amount of purchase $1,600.00. Refund was not received contacted WaterChef again to obtain refund status, was told an inquiry will be made. To date I have not received a status update, let alone a refund. The only resolution I am willing to accept is a full refund the whole house filtration system, PLUS two installation cost of $1,000.00 for a total of $2,600.00.All electronic communications between myself and various WaterChef representatives are available along with itemized invoices from WaterChef and ******** Heating and Plumbing.
