    On May 18, 2024, I paid Mr. Dylan S****** of Clean Slate Power Washing and Window Cleaning the sum of $163.70 to clean the exterior windows of my home at **** ********** **., Carson City, Nevada 89701. After many, many, attempts to get Mr. S****** to provide the service he had promised, on May 15, 2024, I finally told him to refund my payment and I would find someone else to clean my windows. On May 18, 2024, he said he would send a check on that day. On May 24, 2024, I advised Mr. S****** that I had not received a refund, and that If I did not receive a refund check by Friday May 31, 2024, I would report him to the BBB and take legal action against him. It is now June 1, 2024, and I have received no response from Mr. S******. I have an email chain that documents the continuing efforts to resolve this issue.
