    The most HORRIFIC car repair experience I have experienced in my life! BEWARE... awful place to get any type of repair done. These people (including the business owner, ******) are dis-honest from the very start, they underestimate the process and tell you what you want to hear so you have the repairs done by them, then they have excuse after excuse on why the delay in the progress of the repair, VERY unprofessional business, truthfully from start to end it was a very unpleasant experience. They did not communicate at all on any updates for the car, to get any type of an update you need to call in or email and they avoid either way of communication, I call in every week to get an update and I am given a different story every time (example: "Oh there is an issue with the distributor and we have no idea when the additional parts will be here, it could be months" mind you I started the process in December of 2023, it has been a constant back and forth and a complete NIGHTMARE. PLEASE do yourself a favor and so NOT take your vehicle here for repairs. I give the business a below five stars.

    My car was in the auto shop from February 2023-August 2023 for a minor repair to the back right of car. I was without a car for 7 months and was just laid off from my job. My car was put in the shop in February and didnt get worked on until June. Mind you my car was still driveable even with the damage. They did not communicate at all on any updates for the car. Id call in every month to get an update. I was told a different story every time. Oh the parts on back order. Oh the insurance hasnt paid us. It was a constant back and fourth of having to communicate to the other parties insurance because the auto shop wasnt following up causing my car so it would just be sitting in the lot for months at a time. Yes I understand, parts are sometimes on back order. But NEVER did I receive any communication that these problems were happening until I asked. I was renting cars to try to find a new job. I was dumping a lot out financially and emotionally to try to make things work. I came into the office multiple times crying for answers cause I kept getting informed wrong time lines on when it would be ready specifically from ***************************. Come the final month, I went in and begged for my car to be released telling them that its heavily affecting my life. They said it was driveable but still wouldnt release it to me cause They said they were still waiting on the last piece and wanted me to wait but I set my foot down and told them Im taking the car and you guys can call me when you have it. A month later I call them because I still havent heard back and they said it came in and it was a 2 inch piece plastic that covered a small hole on the inside of the back passenger door. THAT was the part that I had to fight them on releasing my car to me. They would say oh yeah we got the part in. Then I would email for an update weeks later oh yeah were just getting started on it. If you guys dont have the bandwidth for this many cars. DONT TAKE IN MORE.
