    I have been getting the run around from Ice Tub for almost two months after I requested a refund from them. I ordered a product from them for $129. I then returned the unopened/unused product to them asking for a refund. I sent them a picture of the unopened/unused product like they asked. I went to UPS and paid my own money to send the unopened/unused product back to Ice Tub based on the address the gave me at ** ******* **. Sparks, NV 89441. I then reached out to “Honesty” at Ice Tub via email to see if they received the unopened/unused package I sent them. This is where I started to get the run around from Ice Tub. I was told on multiple occasions that they would follow up with me. That did not happen. Any communication with Ice Tub was instigated by me. I was told on multiple occasions that they would get back to me after they checked in with fulfillment. I was even told that I would get a response within 24-48 hours before the new year. It did not happen (another unfulfilled promise). This week I checked in again and the process started all over again. I was asked for the same information I had been asked for when I first started this refund process almost two months ago. I replied to their last request for information asking for a phone call and never got a response. Please help me. If I had more characters to use on this complaint, I would send you the entire email chain with Ice Tub. I have added screen shots of the emails to this complaint. That would clearly support my complaint and need to get refunded.
