Worse possible service! Had to wait a week for appointment. Then serviceman found problem within minutes (water shutoff valve not working.)Never called back about getting part as promised.A week later after contacting MANUFACTURER , who said part should have been here YESTERDAY, suddenly got an email saying they were on their way!Worst customer service experience we have ever had.

We had the Electric Company install an outlet for charging our Tesla. The work was performed by their technician *******. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and updated ** throughout the job. The office staff communicated well and made the process easy. We would recommend the Electric Company and will definitely use them again.The Electric Company

**** was here today to replace my old bathroom exhaust fan. He did a terrific job. He was courteous, knowledgable, professional, friendly and trustworthy. He was one of the few tradespeople I've known who took care in cleaning up after themselves and I really appreciated that. Thank you for very attentive service.The Electric Company

This company places customer service first, beginning with the person who answers the telephone and performs scheduling. The electricians who came to my house were professional, quick and extremely knowledgeable. I've had a couple nightmare scenarios with other electrical companies--not so here. The Electric Company will be my go-to and I highly recommend them.The Electric Company
