    I cannot tell you how bad this business is. I live in *************-very windy obviously.We contracted with Mule Fence to build/install a solar powered LIftmaster powered dual gate opener for our driveway-24 feet ******* was a problem from beginning-never worked right-they came back like 7 times to band aid it-then got sick of me complaining-I mean 12k or more-I should-ghosted me-refused to answer me-the products they used are not strong enough for this wind-and the size of the gate-not to mention we ordered 3 foot high gates-they messed up and got 4 foot ones-so they weigh even more-again the hardware no where near enough to work for this.The owner is a pathological liar-told me repeatedly they would fix it right-did not-then told me people would show up to fix it-no call no show-over and over. Have paid over $1k to band aid it-now have to spend 10k to fix it right with new arms/power, etc. They truly have no idea what they are talking about-nor should ever install a gate for anyone. I feel so taken advantage of-I work in customer service I run a 6 million dollar business-the customer is always right-want to keep a customer-do whatever you can to make them happy.I am not unrealistic-just want what I paid for. They had no idea what was required here-nor how to install it-nor how to fix it, nor ask questions of what we really need.Put it this way-by the end-12k to Mule Fence-did not work from day 1-now will be *****k in to make it work right. I would not want to be Mule Fence once I get the final bill IF you talk to them-run-far-the other way.

    I do not recommend Mule Fence. They were supposed to start my project (contracted at just shy of $34K) on 3/14. I learned at almost 6pm on the 13th that they were not starting until the 15th. The owner himself was managing my project and the only work completed on the 15th was dropping off material. When I called to inquire, Adam asked me to trust him, and stated that the fence would go up quickly. Work finally started on Monday the 18th. The entire project was quoted to take a week to a week and a half. I was told numerous times by the owner that they would complete the project this day or that and if not, they would be there Saturday the 23rd to finish. Needless to say, the work was not done until Tuesday the 26th. There was a mess of concrete and vinal shavings left behind. The concrete was to be cleaned up by no later than 4/3 according to Adam. This was yet another broken commitment. I reached out to Adam directly today to request a small refund of $500.00 based on the missed deadlines, failed commitments, and mess left behind and I was informed that I would not be getting a refund of any kind. Between the project delays, lies, and mess, I absolutely do not recommend this company for any project you have in mind. Do yourself a favor, pay the extra money and call Tholl Fence.
