    In April 2022, I contracted and $5k deposit made for paver patio and Alumawood solid cover to be installed in Aug 2022. Never received any updates and I had to contact them in mid Aug about my project. I finally had to file complaint with contractors board in Sept 2022. Work started end of Oct after contractors board investigated them in Sept. Patio pavers not level in areas and water pools in several areas with largest area about 2x4 . I contacted Premium lawn several times about problem, and comment they will take care of it. As of Jan 6, 2023 no attempt to correct problems set yet. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

    I would never use this company again. ***** required a large deposit up front then was slow to start (multiple week delays), required another large deposit when work began then he was unable or unwilling to complete the project timely. Often only one person working alone. Our neighbors with similar projects were complete in 10 days, ours took three and a half months. ***** was unprofessional in his communications and unwilling to coordinate with other contractors working on the same job. This is my first poor review. Our experience with this company was very unpleasant on multiple fronts.

    This company is the absolute worst to deal with. Owner doesnt accept that his guys could ever do anything wrong, regardless of mounds of documentation and video footage.

    If feel like people only leave bad reviews to BBB and never anything good; so here it goes. I have been a Premium Lawn and Landscape customer since 2018. They ************ our front and back yards on our newly constructed home and have continued throughout the years with all our additions. With a new home, we had no idea what we wanted to do with the space we had. ***** came to our home and blessed us with a beautiful design we immediately fell in love with! All other the bids were thrown in the trash. We knew they were busy and would have to wait a bit, but no biggie. Everything was installed to perfection and we were beyond pleased. Within a few months we realized we wanted to extend out the driveway. Done! A year or so passed and we added a decorative wall to the front yard and after that, a tree. Again, perfection! Added in some curbing to clean up the the front yard grass areas. To this day, I have neighbors compliment how beautiful our yard is. Every employee we met was kind and cooperative with my crazy demands and I couldn't be more thankful. In 2022, some color changes to the concrete. Not that it needed it , but I wanted it and I knew this company would follow through. They were my first and only call. Yes I had to wait, but every contractor is busy right now! I can't say how grateful we are that we found Premium.
