    On 5 Oct, I placed an order for 15 cans of Kiwi Parade Gloss black shoe polish via the website ******************. I did not receive a confirmation email, so I assumed that would happen on the next business day. My credit card was charged on 8 Oct, but I still did not receive an order confirmation email. As of 11 Oct, their website still shows my order is "processing." I tried contacting the company multiple times via the email address listed on their webpage: **************************. Emails go unanswered, but that's the only contact info on their website. I checked reviews for the website and discovered that others have experienced the same issues. I have not found a single positive review. I finally gave up and disputed the charge with my credit card company. FYI, the charge doesn't show it's from GreatPairStore. It shows as Craft Patch.

    I ordered a pair of boots online around June 23rd, 2024. Money was taken from my account immediately. To date, I have yet to receive my boots. There is no contact phone number for this company only an email. I have sent several emails requesting tracking info or any kind of information at all regarding my order status and I only receive this reply,
    “ Hello,

    Thank you for informing us about this issue. We will reach out to our logistics service company to investigate the matter. If it turns out that the item was not scanned properly, we will either provide a replacement or issue a full refund.

    Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.”

    At this point, I certainly feel like this company is a scam. I hope I’m wrong, but after reading reviews posted by other people, this definitely seems like a scam. I don’t want anyone else to lose money the way I did.

    On Feb. 2, 2024, I ordered a pair of Birkenstock BirkoSport Arch Support Insoles totaling $70.90. I did not receive a confirmation email, but the money was immediately taken from my bank account. I contacted the company several days later to ask about the status of my shipment. They were slow to reply, leading me to wonder if I had been scammed. After a brief reply, I received a package in the mail a day or so later. Inside the package was a copy of my invoice for the insoles along with 6 bottles of Shoe Stretch. The insoles were not included. I contacted the company again via email as they do not have a phone number listed. I attached pictures of the wrong items with a written request for a refund. As of 2/17/24 I still do not have the insoles I paid for nor has the company responded to my request for a refund. They were quick to take my money, but sent me the wrong items and haven't responded to my requests.
