    In September 2022, I ordered and purchased Display Cases from Tecno Display. From the time I made the purchase in September I was told they would be delivered in November. When the cases didn't arrive in November, I made multiple attempts to check the status, calls and emails were not returned. I called numerous times and emailed Roxanne from Tecno Display when they did not arrive with no responses. The entire experience has not been close to what should have taken place in our industry. When I did get in touch with someone, I was told by the person who answered the phone that someone would get back with me. Some emails or calls were never responded to. In the initial order I had explained to Roxanne what I want as far as height of cases, height of glass on the cases. When I finally received the cases the position of the electric cords on the side was coming out of the cases because of the location of the electric sockets in the wall and they were on the wrong sides. When the cases came in some the electric cords were not attached he said it happened in shipping. . I paid for brand new cases and expected them to be without any issue or defects as any new piece should be I spoke to Trevor from Tecno Dispaly about the cases coming apart when we received the cases (the lamination is peeling off) and he acknowledged he saw the photos I sent. I told him it was more than one case. His response was "Buy super glue and fix it myself." In the conversation prior, I had told Trevor about the edges not being finished. I also sent photos of the problem again. His comment was again for me to fix them myself. . I should not be having these issues and should not have to glue anything after purchasing and paying for new display cases. I am very disappointed with this total experience. And cannot ever refer any one for anything from this company
