    Had a major flood in the crawl space due to ***** hot water line rupture. Called ** *************************** and within 2.5 hours there was a crew at the property pumping water out and installing fans. Over the next three weeks, the insulation under the house was removed, all mold remediation was completed, and the interior floor that was water damaged was removed and dried out. I had an independent mold inspection done and the results were perfect. No mold was detected in the crawl space and the interior of the property.I want to personally thank *******, the project manager, **************** and his crew, and ***** and his crew. All of these guys were professional and courteous. They made it look easy!

    I am extremely pleased with the care, politeness and professionalism of the three gentlemen that set up and walled off the area damage by a water leak affecting my kitchen and dining room. They put tarps down and plastic sheeting to protect my white carpet and oriental rugs. A china hutch had to be moved and they carefully wrapped up my Wedgwood china and crystal ******** and packed it into boxes. They carefully bagged and removed all damaged drywall, tile and insulation. Every surface was left clean and free of debris. They also explained every step and which electrical outlets would be best to use with the drying fans plugged in using power. The project manager, Garret, was equally helpful explaining what would transpire.

    We had water issues in the kitchen. Nevada Water and Fire came out in a timely manner and took care of everything. Always concerned about taking care of their mess. I would highly recommend them.
