      Put half down to order product on 11/9/2023.

      Install and final payment on 11/ 28/2023.

      The installers had no experience installing the product. They said it will take 2 hours to install. They took 2 hours just to put up half of the glass. They said wrong size door. So they left . Owner had to call manufacturer. To find out they had to install a support bar, and the had the right door . Mind you they started 8:45am. Left at 11am. Came back 2:45pm finished 5:40 PM. The issue was no seal on the door. I brought it up to them. They said it has no seal to the product. I told them the size of gap. It will leak. They told me it will not. So I took a shower the next day at 7pm.. 11/29/2023. The shower leaks. Leaving over 2 cups of water on the floor. I took pictures and videos of the leak. The wife and I, today 11/30/2023 at 9am. Went to see if we can get this problem resolved. The owner told us it is our tile installers problem, and it's because your tile is level. We told the owner that there should have been a seal on the door, which has a 1/4 of an inch gap. And no seal on the bottom floor and back wall. Where the water hits. The owner answer is well all shower leaks. So he said this is not our problem. You need to talk to your tile installer. After an half hour of taking he said I will send the guys in the morning. On 12/1/2023 around 9am to silicone the shower.
