  had a generator that wouldn't run in December of 22. googled up small engine repair near me, this guys business showed up first in google and i called the number and asked if he could have it repaired by the next storm as it was just a pull starter recoil issue. he said he was in the area and described the place he was at like a drunk, then said he could show up and get the generator from me to work on it. He showed up, we loaded the generator into his truck, i left him my name, and number and he sorted through some cards and gave me his business card and left. that was in December. weeks have gone by where i have called and asked what the status is what is happening and been told "oh im working on it. il get it back to you. il fix it dont worry". i got to the point where i was just asking for it back and he was refusing, responding with "il have it fixed il fix it" trying to assure me it would be fixed when i just wanted it back after over a month of shifty shady responses. during that month he called me saying he had my snow plow fixed and it he would have it over in the next week. I didn't have him work on a snow plow...he called me and did that 2 times and then when i got ahold of him he often would say he was working on my snowplow after just discussing that i want my generator back. he is very dishonest and drunken acting i am afraid my generator is gone and i got scammed. The location of the business hasn't been correct in over 2 years despite having gone to the location, and talking to neighboring businesses saying people come by looking for him all the time. My mother tried to get the generator back and called him up and he kept telling her he was working on it and that he would call me various times that he never did. he gave her the same excuses and he refused to give out his location soo we could go and pick it up constantly repeating he would work on it and have it fixed. its going on almost 2 months now and im being forced to do this this way now.
