I have had Preferred Networks for a little over a year now. They cover a large service area in Northern Nevada. We are constantly experiencing outages, many of us paying $85-110/ month for this service. In June 2022 alone(today's date 6/27/23) we have experienced two long outages. One starting June 5,2022, lasting over 3 full days. Currently, we are without service since Thursday June 23, 2022. Almost daily, there is spotty, or no coverage at all. We get ZERO communication from this company regarding ETA's, answering questions, credits. I've personally reported outages 11/4/21 11/6/21(out for 5 days) 11/11/21 11/12/21 6/5/22(just over 3 days out) 6/23/22-6/26/22 Many of their customers work remotely. Many have to travel, to find service to work. I want credit for all the time we're without service. I pay almost $90/ month for a service I cannot use over 50% of the time. I'm attaching photos of a thread on their fb from this most recent outages. They're are not communicating, and the natives are getting restless. At minimum, we want the service we haven't received, discounted. Thank you for taking the time to listen. We just want to be treated fairly. Internet service goes out, we understand that. It's the fact that we receive nothing from the company. This is their MO, when something breaks, they go in to hiding and no one gets answers.

Our internet goes down several times/week. However, since Wednesday, it has been worse. Wed. and Thurs. of last week saw the "coverage" down for the majority of the days. Then, Friday morning, it went down completely and has still not been back up. So many utilize the internet for their home businesses. Here is the worst part. Took them over a day to finally state there was an outage and that is all the communication we have had. "There is an outage." No calls (even though I have asked multiple times). I have left messages (I know countless other have, as well). At this point, you have to ask if they are even attempting to rectify the issue or if they are simply taking our money and providing nothing, on their end. They charge $108/mo. We just want the internet to work. We know there is really no alternate company up here. However, a refund for the days I have been unable to work, would be nice.
