      Just a Warning for anyone thinking of hiring this Contractor, So many things gone wrong and he always had an excuse, On July 17th we were given a quote of $17k for a tin roof over our patio, We ended up paying almost $30k. This is the type of person that does not discuss with you anything he is doing or the money he is spending. He measured incorrectly for the materials and there was to much that was not used. The patio roof is a 12 X 48 but he ordered the tin 10 feet and pieced it together, (looks awful). He replaced our drainage system and now it is longer than the porch by a foot, he replaced the under ground part of it and continuously drove over it so now we have to fix it again. He did damage to the siding on our house and never told us about it, we brought it up to him so he could fix it. Way to much money spent and we are not satisfied, there is still something that needs to be fixed on it and we have not seen or heard anything from him. Please people do as we did not, ask for references. We could have done a better job ourselves without spending the money that we paid him
