    I have called. I have written every day. I have asked for dates on delivery. I was advised by your staff earlier this week that our koozies would be overnighted to us and be here by Wednesday. Because we are delayed, we are going to overnight these to make it right. That was the promise by your staff. No one ever called. No one ever updated us that our order has not even been printed much less overnighted to us. The koozies were the biggest part of our golf tournament give away items and are now being forced to pivot. Extremely disappointing.

    I wish I could give them zero stars! Placed an order 3 weeks ago. Tried calling today to get status on my order and the phone number is out of order. They ignore emails and finally was able to online chat with someone. It took them over 20 minutes to even find the order and was told it would be cancelled. I am now calling my credit card company to file a claim with them for a full refund. Do Not Do Business ******************
