    On April 30 I was contacted by interstate motor group about an available 2006 ***** Odyssey that was for sale for $2900. I was contacted by text message as well as email stating that the vehicle was available so I scheduled an interview to come in and talk about the car.. when I got there they called around to locate the vehicle to bring it for me to see and I was told that the vehicle needed work done, but they hadnt even better car that was the same style and model and it was leather seats and it was a little bit more expensive. I think he said 3500.. He said also that it only needed a battery and and a new seat in the front everything he stated was small fixes . I filled out the application along with my baby fathers work information in order to process the application. On may 1 they called me saying they had a better vehicle for me because the bank would not finance the high mileage car because it was risky. They said they had a vehicle that they could finance in-house that was even better than the vehicle they offer me before now this is after I gave them a $400 deposit for the ***** Odyssey that was supposed to replace the original ***** Odyssey that I came there about.. on May 2 there was no response on May 5. There was no response or update about when the vehicle will be ready.. on May 7. I asked again and they asked me to switch my vehicle insurance information over to the vehicle they had promised me. The whole time they played the single Mother sympathy card saying theyre trying to look out for my best interest.. I didnt hear from them anymore that Friday they said they will contact me in 25 minutes and they were waiting for the **** Bait and switch . Still no vehilcle 2 weeks later they have my money and my title and my car on tje street has been uninsured for days . Now they canceled deal 5/14/2025z

      I spoke to interstate motor group which is located upstate and they said that they are a different company from the interstate motor group and I am trying to file a complaint against down in *************. The interstate motor group I am talking about is located at *********************, **

    On April 12, 2022, I requested a $500 deposit to be placed on a Toyota Sienna with the manager **** however a $1000 was taken out instead. Unfortunately I am not in the market to go forward with a transaction with the above company and requested a full refund on May 7th. The company dragged their feet and only refunded $500 on June 13th. I had been in contact with the manager **** who stated their account person is looking into. It is already July 28 and excuses of their end that ********** is holding up the rest of the refund. I really do not understand why a bank would take so long to process a refund. I had provided screen shots of my bank statements reflecting the partial refund to the their company and also attached to this complaint for review. Thank you for your attention.
