      The car wash is awful now. The same bird droppings have been on my hood through THREE washes! The tire shine splatters down the side of your car - even if you never get it but once every other month (so don't tell me it's a build up). The smell of the soap they use is enough to make you sick - so I have to turn off my climate control.

Unfortunately, bird droppings and other organic materials can be especially stubborn when it comes to removal, but we do have options to assist in making this a bit easier.

      We cancelled the service 8 months ago. And they keep charging us every month. Keep calling and they keep charging had to go to the bank every time to get the money back. Have to get new card. They are crooks

      I just signed up in Latham for the full service unlimited wash club. Manager there is great I always see him talking to customers and working with his employees. I wish they still served coffee but they do a great job on my SUV. Thanks again

      I went to Hoffman's car wash last summer. My beautiful ***** came out of the car wash and their was paint missing from the hood to the trunk. I was devastated. I paid $32.09 for unlimited one month washes. Well low and behold they kept charging my bank card 25 times since August of 2023. I NEVER signed up for a thing. On Monday my Banks fraud center is investigating Hoffman's car wash. So I had to get a new card, which will be coming within 7-10 business days. Be very careful of using your card at the Quaker Rd location. Really??? They charged me 7 times in January and 8 times in February and they took it again on March 5th. So from August of 2023 to March 2024, Hoffman's car wash owes me close to $900.00 please do not go back or to Hoffman's in Queensbury. I wish they had a choice of ZERO. They get thumbs down from me,..............

      I have reviewed your account under the barcode ************, which is the barcode you signed up for at the kiosk on 09/01/23 at our Queensbury location. Our kiosks do display a disclaimer asking you to sign acknowledging that you are enrolling in a recurring monthly billed subscription service. You did continue to bill once per month, on the second of each month, per your membership enrollment, as the account was never cancelled. The total of the charges after the first month that you acknowledged being aware of was $192.54. You had one charge each in January and February. When running the associated card, there are no duplicate charges to your account.
      We take every claim of damage very seriously, and we have processes in place to ensure that any report of damage is handled with the highest level of integrity. When you follow our incident report process, our team of managers will determine if you are due a refund for any services. While we do have record that we had informed you of the process to file an incident report, we do not see that one was ever filed. Thus, our Customer Care team is not able to make the determination whether or not to issue you a refund in this instance.
      I have passed along your feedback to our incident reporting manager, who will reach out to you to see if he can further assist in following through with the incident report process, so that we can move toward resolution.

      Shane made it right! Wanted to update and let everyone be aware he reached out personally, met me in Saratoga and fixed all the scratches in my vehicle. I feel much better after meeting with him and updating leaving my review. He was kind, personable and talked with me every step of the way. My car is back to looking great and shiny! I’m much happier that this has been addressed!

      I have tried for 2 months to discontinue my unlimited plan and continue to be charged. My request to cancel was confirmed by email but the charges continue.

      In searching by name and email address, I am unable to locate any previous submissions from Mr. ****** requesting a cancellation. I have sent him an email with my direct contact information, requesting his member ID number, so that I can locate and review his account. I also requested his phone number so that I can reach out to him to further discuss this matter. I look forward to speaking with him so that we can reach a satisfactory resolution.

      told unlimited car washes for $19 then charged $50 when i asked about it they told me they had the minimum signage explaining that for NY state Feel taken advantage of and lied to.

      This customer signed up during our "$19.99 per month for the rest of 2022" promotion. Our signage at the locations, as well as the communication on the teller screens, indicated that billing would move to the standard price as of the first billing in 2023. The customer used his account sporadically, but never cancelled. When he called in to inquire, we issued a refund for the most recent billing, and provided the remaining paid, unused amount on a gift card, which was mailed to his address.

      Do not ever sign up for their unlimited car wash. I bought a one-month pass for my daughter for $19.99. The Hoffman employee never explained it would be a recurring charge. Not only that, but the monthly payment went up to over $40 after the first month. When I called the company and explained what happened, they would only refund one month. In effect, they stole my money - something I cannot afford as a single parent who works 3 jobs. I will never use Hoffman again.

      After reviewing the customer's account usage, the determination was made to refund the additional charges. A message was left with this customer, providing a direct call back number, and advising that we will honor her refund request as a good faith gesture.
