    On March 11, 2025, I purchased two bus tickets online via your platform for a total of $140 for a trip from New York City to Albany, scheduled to depart at 12:45 PM on April 14, 2025. I arrived with my 9-year-old son 15 minutes early to ensure we would board without issue.
    However, upon boarding, it became immediately clear that the bus was overbooked. A female worker was collecting cash payments from individuals already seated, and there were no seats left for us. I politely requested a refund of $70 (for one ticket), presenting my proof of payment, so that I could secure alternate transportation home for my son and me.
    She instructed me to exit the bus and retrieve my bag from the luggage compartment. As I stepped off and began doing so, she and the bus driver shut the doors and drove off, effectively stranding me and my child without transportation or a refund—despite the fact that we had paid and arrived early.
    This conduct is not only unethical and unprofessional, but it is also unacceptable, especially when it affects a child’s safety and comfort. I am requesting the full refund of $140, and a formal apology for the mistreatment and inconvenience caused.
